I am a Prop Maker who loves to learn and grow
I have been making props, costumes, and creatures for 5 years in Salt Lake City, Utah.  In that time I have won many awards for my craft, along with being featured in Magazines, and lectures, panels & workshops. I am currently employee at Evermore Creative Studio helping create armor, monsters, and merchandise. I have worked with Ideas for Hollywood on two films, making over half the costumes for the Metroid adaption I helped create.  I have also had the pleasure of working with RedBull Media House, and THQ Nordic to help promote video games, and new releases for these companies.

I am best known for my Samus Aran costumes from the video game series "Metroid".  These costumes have trended on Reddit, Imugr, and opened up many business opportunities.

Ideas for Hollywood Films
Ideas for Hollywood is a local YouTube Channel.  For the Metroid film I had the responsibility of creating all the costumes, except the Space Pirate, within the space of seven months. One of the unexpectedly challenging costumes of this film was the "Chozo" (bird creature) that was only seen for five seconds on screen.   He was a very last minute decision but I managed to make one that fit the directors approval. in less than 17 hours.

I am very passonite and grateful for all I've been able to do to bring characters, props, and creatures to life

I love to test the reality of what is, and what can be. I love to bring characters that only existed in a world of 16 bit graphics and millions of polygons to a set, a show room floor, or to a panel that will make people just for a second be in awe of what can be accomplished if you really want it to. My favorite complement that I have ever received for my work was, "You look like you just walked right out of the game, it reminded me of when I was a kid and how much I loved playing it." This compliment changed my internal mission statement.  Now I strive to make every costume have that little piece of magic that will make people think of what could be possible when you really work for it, and have them be just as excited as I am to bring that character to life.

Please feel free to click on my projects that I've done and be sure to check out my social media outlets to see what I'm currently working on!

See you next Mission!
